If you or a friend are in the military and think you missed out on the $8000 tax credit, if you have been assigned overseas, you may still be eligible. Here's the info:
Members of the military & certain federal employees serving outside the US (minimum 90 days from December 31, 2008 to May 1, 2010) have an extra year to buy a principal residence in the US & qualify for the IRS tax credit, up to $8000. Check www.irs.gov for details & to see if you qualify.
